I love this place so much! Angel and his crew helped me out so much, they made me feel comfortable and making sure that I didn’t go without a question unanswered! 10/10 would come back again and again

I came to audio fanatics hoping to get the best out of this place all i've gotten where problems with the installation. Getting a whining noice. Toke them my LC7I and they installed a lc2i. They toke out my rca distribution block and one of my universal bass knob. I feel they scammed me out of what im being charged for. I choose audio fanatics over noize on wheel. I toke them all my stuff and still didn't get the best out of it. Regretting coming to this place. Still dealing with the whining in my speaker.

I can't recommend Audio Fanatics enough! I had a factory stereo replacement on a 2014 Nissan Sentra. *Outstanding customer service -- everyone is treated with respect and professionalism regardless of background or the size of their purchase. *Expert guidance -- Angel thoroughly explained options with a written estimate and without upselling. *Thoughtful problem solving -- When a used steering wheel control part was available, the shop provided it for free. They also correctly anticipated my future needs, ensuring convenient and safe driving with the steering controls. (Even though I insisted I didn't need this function). Alpine radio installed also allows for future upgradability, which was an improvement over the original Kenwood quoted. *Quality craftsmanship -- radio was installed professionally. Old radio, warranty card and instruction manual were placed on the front seat. *Happy customer -- highly recommend. 5 stars!

came in for a quote, spoke with Angel and it was great. he was straight forward, thorough in detail, but quick which i greatly appreciated. most places in El Paso just throw numbers at you and you just gotta blindly say yes but Angel took the time to make me understand. very trustworthy place. cant wait to come back in a couple weeks to get my car done!

I had an amazing experience at this audio shop! They took great care of my truck from start to finish. Bobby went above and beyond—he fixed everything that was wrong and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. The service was fast, professional, and super friendly. I’m really impressed with the quality of their work and I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing audio or truck repairs!
